I joined the Medical Reserve Corps after I was introduced to it from the series of "Future Physician" courses I took last year.

I like all aspects of my job - planning, problem-solving, organizing and streamlining processes, and being able to apply my management expertise and public health experience.

As soon as I heard that about the MRC, I knew I wanted to be a member – it is a great way to give back to my University community as well as the communities we serve when deployed.

I have been a member of the Medical Reserve Corps since 2011 and joined for two primary reasons.
