Staff Staging is the process of gathering MRC members in a specified area where they check in for their shift, obtain any needed equipment or supplies for their role, and receive training prior to their shift.
The purpose of this drill is to familiarize all members with the manner (text and email) in which they will be notified of a MRC deployment AND to encourage members to practice signing up for a shift.
