Balancing our "day job" responsibilities with new and oftentimes ambiguous stressors related to COVID-19 puts us at increased risk for burnout and compassion fatigue. In this training, presenters will discuss helpful ways to monitor, track, and attend to our own personal (and interpersonal) health and well-being. Individual, couple/family, and community-level resources will be shared.
