MRC Coordinator's Update: Sep. 2022

As in years past, the Fall semester is a time of increased activity within our MRC program. Strike Teams meetings are held, recruitment activities increase, and training opportunities are scheduled.

Based on survey feedback received from MRC members, we plan to offer multiple attendance options for most MRC activities. For example, for next week's Logistics Strike Team meeting, nearly half of the participants will be joining the meeting via Zoom.

We are looking forward to seeing you at MRC events of interest to you and in the manner in which you feel most comfortable!

Logistics Strike Team Meeting
We will review Logistics Strike Team member roles and responsibilities during training events, deployments, and exercises.  There will be time to ask questions and meet the Logistics Strike Team Leads.

Membership on this strike team may be of particular interest to individuals who do not have a health care license.

Student Advisory Group
Applications for membership on the U of MN MRC's Student Advisory Group are being accepted between now and September 23.

Members of the Student Advisory Group serve a one year term in an advisory role to the MRC Director.
