Mass Casualty and Mass Fatality Planning and Response at UMN

Participants: All University of Minnesota faculty, staff, and student employees. 

This session is part of the University of Minnesota Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) Disaster Behavioral Health Training series. In this training, participants will learn about the University of Minnesota's plans for mass casualty and mass fatality incidents on campus and the roles of University of Minnesota Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) members.

 

This training was led by Catherine Harrison, RN, MPH, Adam Wodtke, and ThanhVan Vu, MPS, LADC, LPCC. Catherine is the Deputy Director of the UMN Health Emergency Response Office (HERO) which houses the MRC. Adam is the Senior Emergency Management Coordinator for UMN. ThanhVan is the Interim Assistant Director and an Urgent Crisis Therapist at Boynton Health and serves as the co-lead for the MRC Behavioral Health Response Team.
