Participants: U of M students, staff, and faculty – and Medical Reserve Corps members
Topics in Emergency Preparedness is offering free Bystander CPR Class (Until Help Arrives). Each year over 300,000 people die in the US from Sudden Cardiac Arrest. The rapid response of bystanders saves lives.
During this one hour class you will:
- Learn how to assist someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest
- Perform hands only CPR
- Learn to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
