Elise is a program manager with the Health Emergency Response Office and the University of Minnesota Medical Reserve Corps. She manages logistics and communications for projects within the department and administers the department's website content. Ms. Holmes' primary appointment is in the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy (CIDRAP). Prior to joining the University of Minnesota, she worked at the Minnesota Department of Health and Hennepin County on projects related to child and family health. Ms. Holmes earned a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Minnesota, Humphrey School of Public Affairs with a focus on public health policy analysis.
