As part of the University of Minnesota Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) Disaster Behavioral Health Training series, this session will provide participants the knowledge and skills to balance their own short- and long-term needs when responding to emergency situations.

This course is provided by Dr. Tai Mendenhall, PhD, the MRC Co-Lead for the Behavioral Health Response Team. Tai is a Professor and Marriage and Family Therapist at the UMN who works to train others for and respond to disasters.
